  Collected our brand new Mercedes GLC on Saturday and have been absolutely delighted with car. But more importantly, we were very well taken care of by Duncan Kellett throughout the process, which started off with 2 visits over the course of 1.5 months to determine the right car for us.
  
  Duncan was always forthright throughout and not pushy at all. He allowed us to test drive the car on our 2nd visit and when we collected the car last Saturday, he sat down with us to go through the controls and electronic system functionality in detail. By way of note, we also ended up with the diamond silver (night pack) colour theme that Duncan had recommended and are very pleased with it.
  
  Duncan's been spot on for us - highly recommend!
